What's Involved?
A biomechanical assessment helps you gain an understanding of how your lower body moves and functions.
These assessments are important for injury management, treatment for acute and chronic pain, and pre-screenings for sports and dance to establish a baseline for ability, track improvement and understand risk factors for injury.

A biomechanical assessment commonly includes:
Visual, slow motion video and pressure plate gait analysis.
Joint range and quality of motion assessments, including hypermobility investigation.
Functional movement testing, including dance-specific and sport-specific components where appropriate.
Strength and balance testing.
Limb length discrepancy testing.
Footwear assessment

What should you bring?
